OJOA Annual General Meeting
The 2025 AGM will take place on Wednesday March 26 starting at 7 PM. This will be held at the Clarkson Mediterranean Bistro (1731 Lakeshore Rd. W., Mississauga).
Seven members making up our OJOA board of directors will be elected by the membership at the AGM. The board consists of four officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and three directors.
Any member may run for any position, given the following qualifications:
- Must be in good standing (hold a current paid up membership).
- Board candidate must be nominated by another member in good standing who is present at the AGM.
- Board candidate must be present at the AGM or informed our Secretary by email of their willingness to be nominated, prior to the meeting.
