Continued…OJOA 56th Annual Concours d’Elegance August 10th, 2025
Save the date! We will again be holding the largest judged Jaguar show within the Jaguar Clubs of North America 60 affiliated clubs, on Sunday August 10, 2025. With few exceptions, this annual car show has traditionally been OJOA’s best attended event on its calendar. This is not difficult to comprehend with over 60 Jaguars entered, accompanied by over 100 people.
Membership in our organization offers the opportunity to admire our signature marque and meet interesting people, and this event will offer both in large quantities. Not only that, but entering our concours will reward you with a free pass into the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum, an airplane collection unmatched anywhere else in our country. The Museum offers free admission to all those who enter a Jaguar in our show, and their passengers.
You can have the novel and informative experience of having your Jag judged to standards established by JCNA. Historically, over 90% of our judged entrants have taken home an award of first, second, or third. (Great information on what judges will be looking for can be accessed on the JCNA website www.jcna.com , and click on Events followed by Concours.)
Jaguars, vintage airplanes, good food, lots of great silent auction items, and an abundance of interesting people, await all who will join us. BUT WAIT, we will even include the opportunity to mingle or relax in the open-door hangar, to shelter from anything from intense heat to showers, discomforts that can plague typical outdoor shows!

ADDITIONAL OJOA CONCOURS INFORMATION
A very successful component of our concours day is the offering of regalia (club logoed items) for purchase and the silent auction bidding. The silent auction can only work if we have items donated and buyers interested in what was donated.
With about one month to go, we would really appreciate it if you could contribute anything that you would be willing to pass on to a new owner. While anything of a Jaguar or automotive theme would be preferred, we are prepared to offer other items of value as well. Parting with something that you no longer deem necessary, to find a new home with somebody who really appreciates it, while financially supporting the OJOA is a win/win/win!
Please contact myself (alingelbach394@gmail.com) to let me know if you can help with this program by making an auction donation.
As far as concours registrations, the forms were recently sent out and are attached here again. For those not inclined to return the registration sheets by email and the fees by e-transfer to Mike Parry, and you will be participating in the Ottawa area drive this week, you can hand your printed registration and accompanying cheque to me. A postal strike does not appear to be imminent, but this method does eliminate that risk of non-delivery.
If you plan to dine at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum but not enter a Jaguar in the concours, please also submit a registration form. All meal orders must be made in advance using the form, and prepaid.
